Cancellation Policy

At ML Studios Network, we aim to provide our clients with the highest quality consulting services. To ensure that all clients receive the best experience, we have established the following policies for both free and paid consulting services: Free Consulting Services Eligibility: Our free consulting services, including the Free 15-Minute Consultation, Free Proposal Consultation, and Free Database Troubleshooting and Referrals, are available to all potential clients interested in exploring our services or troubleshooting specific issues. Limitations: Each free service is available once per client unless otherwise stated. Additional consultations may require a paid booking. Purpose: Free consultations are designed to provide introductory assessments, general advice, or troubleshooting assistance. These sessions do not cover in-depth strategy development or complex problem-solving, which may require a paid service. Scheduling and Cancellations: Free consultations can be scheduled via our online booking system. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to free up the time for other clients. Paid Consulting Services Eligibility: Our paid consulting services, such as the $50 Digital Consulting and other tailored consulting sessions, are available to any client seeking in-depth guidance, strategic planning, or ongoing support. Payment Terms: Payment for paid consultations is due at the time of booking. We accept credit card payments or other methods available through our booking system. Scope of Services: Paid consultations provide in-depth guidance on digital strategies, website development, marketing, and other business needs. These sessions are designed to offer personalized, actionable insights to help your business grow. Rescheduling and Cancellations: We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a paid session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to attend the session without notice will result in the full service fee being charged. No-Show Policy For both free and paid consultations, clients who fail to show up for a scheduled session without prior notification will not be eligible for future free services and may be charged the full rate for missed paid sessions. Refund Policy Refunds are only offered for meetings canceled 24 hours in advance.
